We are looking for a senior C++ developer with an eye for optimization and performance tuning to work on our core VOIP team. Primarily working with Asterisk, your role will be to develop high-performance plug-in modules to facilitate business requirements of a high-volume VOIP services provider. We are multi-national, multi-cultural and multi-lingual which means that teamwork, coordination and effective communication are vitally important to us.

Requirements:
-5 or more years C++ development experience.
-A focus on high performance, highly optimized code.
-A good understanding of interpreted languages. (Particularly Ruby / Perl)
-A good understanding of relational databases. (Particularly MySQL)
-Comfortable in an all-Linux environment.
-Asterisk / VOIP experience a big advantage.

Responsibilities:
-Design and implement high-performance C++ based Asterisk modules.
-Act as a technical team leader for core development projects.
-Ensure that code is clean, commented, documented and shared.
-Develop best practices and guidelines for the C++ team.

Skills:
-Comfortable working with a distributed team (USA/Vietnam/Philippines/Brazil)
-A good command of both written and spoken English.
-Be comfortable with agile/scrum development practices.
-A good understanding of version control and release management practices.

Salary based on experience, starting from VND25-35m/month.
