Mô tả chi tiết công việc:
- High end proactive and reactive work within the client portfolio of his/her team, working with incidents, problem management & change management.
- Candidates are required to have ITIL knowledge/training as well as advanced knowledge in the setup and troubleshooting of Back office products with a particular emphasis on Oracle, Microsoft Server, hosting Platform
- Senior Engineers are required to have a high level of end user literacy in Oracle, Microsoft products and these are broadened to include MS Project and Visio.
- They need to have an advanced knowledge of server configuration and WAN setup and need to be able to configure routers for leased line, ADSL etc. setup.
- Hyper V/ VMware skills are essential• Cisco/ VLAN skills will be advantageous
- Oracle DB, SQL Server 2005/2008 R2 skills will be advantageous
- A proven ability to design and support Network/Server Infrastructure

Mức kinh nghiệm: 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm
Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết:
* Minimum Technical requirements:
- Well experienced user of Cisco products (CCNA or CCNP)
- Experience in Linux system administration.

* Preferred
- Linux installation, management, configuration and maintenance(Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat), shell scripts, backup, performance
- Operating network services (dns, ftp, nfs, sshd, sendmail, rsync ...)
- Virtual environment softwares (Vmware ESXi, KVM), Cloud computing (Amazon EC2)
- Applications: AMP (Apache, PHP, Mysql), mail server (Zimbra),openvpn, openldap.
- Monitoring: MRTG, Nagios or Cacti, syslog.
- Antivirus: ClamAV
- Networks: infrastructure, monitoring, switch cisco, firewallNetscreen, Load balancing Nortel Alteon Web switch, wireless, andoverall security.
- Basic Knowledge in hardware
