3. Job description:
Responsible:
- Work with product management, and product development groups to specify the technical product requirements.
- Work with the product development team to design the functionality to be provided, including writing specifications.
- Lead and participate in architectural and design discussions.
- Break-down and organize the work into tasks.
- Be able to estimate risk and effort associated with tasks.
- Be able to function with a team of talented developers, testers and document writers.
- Communicate with other departments in determining and clarifying requirements and product behavior.
- Assists lower level employees in solving problems.
- Supervises/trains lower level employees if required.
- Maintenance work (fixing field reported problems for existing products and versions). will be required as well

Our Requirement:

* Technical Responsibilities

- Turns design and user interface mockups into functional websites powered by CMS.

- In a hands-on fashion, ensures all technology solutions are properly architected and specified.

- Ensures HTML/CSS is cross-browser and standards compliant and meets accessibility/disability requirements.

- Integrates websites with existing applications on campus or third-party/open-source platforms

* Communication Responsibilities:

- Delivers engaging, informative and well-organized presentations.

- Resolves and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

- Understands how to tactfully communicate difficult/sensitive information

- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.

- Elicits cooperation from a variety of sources including mStoner management and client team members.

- Comfortable using teleconferencing and web-based technology to communicate with our clients.

* Other Responsibilities:

- Helps team members progress toward their professional development goals.

- Defines and disseminates technology best practices.

- Ensures we are proactive in our pursuit of new solutions and innovation within our technology practice


Other Skills:
- Good command of English.
- Direct experience from Financial, Securities would be plus.
- Good sense of teamwork & responsibility, initiative.
- Excellent analytical skills and methodological mindset.
- Ability to read and analyze requirement specifications in English.
- Good understanding of internet applications and its workflow technology.
- Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
