Job Summary:
• Support KMS' network and system
• Supporting employees to solve computeretwork issues
• Good skill on computer hardware and software solving
• Helpdesk function for technical issues
• Assist System/Network administrator and report direct to IT Manager

Job Requirements:
• Able to diagnostic, repair, replace hardware and software
• Experience in Windows, Mac OS and Linux installation
• Familiar with Linux and Mac OS
• Have knowledge of Networking to complete basic assignment
• Supportive mindset
• Able to research & learn new technology
• English speaking and writing at intermediate level
